Quadro

Quadro (from “cuadro”, Spanish word for painting) is not exactly a lamp, but gives light; neither a painting, but it’s framed. According to Goula / Figuera, “the most common way of filling an empty wall is using paintings, which can be expensive; or hanging a mirror, that doesn’t fit in every space. That is why we are introducing a new typology of object that during daytime has an ornamental function and at night brightens the space in an indirect and suggestive way”.

With standard dimensions from graphic arts (50x70cm), and unusually big for a wall lamp, Quadro is made in lacquered wood and can be connected directly to the wall or to a socket thanks to its cable.
